Just Breathe

Life is incredibly busy. From the time we wake up, to the time we put our heads to rest, each day is filled with daily responsibilities, meetings, school/work assignments, personal plans, ministry tasks, etc. Let's face it. We lead hectic lives. Weaved into the busyness of our daily routines are the challenges we may face, the push we feel to work toward our personal goals and plans, and anything else that may take residence in our minds and spirits. Carrying the weight of all those things can be extremely taxing to our minds, bodies, and spirits causing us to experience moments where we feel overwhelmed and exhausted.

Today, I encourage you to breathe. I know there is a lot going on, but just breathe. Here are some things to take in:

1. God's grace is sufficient to keep you. Where you are in your life right now is not a secret to God. It is not a mystery or coincidence. God in this moment knew that you would be in the season of your life you are in right now. If you are in the fight of your life, God has given you the grace needed to overcome. In fact, He has already declared that you are MORE than a conqueror.  In the midst of your trial, I challenge you to give God thanks and praise. Count it as an honor that that He trusted you enough to go through this trial because He knows you will go through and return all glory to Him when you come out. If you are experiencing good success in this season, don't be afraid or intimidated! God has given you the grace and favor to be where you are. You are positioned where you are to make His name great.

Just breathe.....

2. If God said it, He will do it. If He spoke it, He WILL bring it to pass.
Don't allow the enemy to place fear and doubt in your mind clouding the word God has given you in this season. The passion and conviction you feel to do the things God has placed in your heart is not a mistake.  If God has given you a word, hold on to it for dear life and activate your faith for that which the Lord has promised until it comes to pass. God does not possess the ability or capacity to lie. That dream, that vision, that business, that desire to complete your education - whatever "that" thing is for you, I decree today that it will come to pass!

Just breathe...

3. You are living under an open heaven. Don't get caught up with what you see. Just wait in faith and get ready to receive.
It doesn't matter what your situation looks like right now. I declare today the favor of God is your portion. There are some doors that will he opened in this season. There are some relationships that will be formed, causing you to walk in some of the biggest opportunities of your life. Some giants that have been tormenting you will die in this season. God is getting ready to blow your mind. Your job is to prepare for the rain and wait.

So, don't let life stress you out beyond measure. Just breathe...
